Refunds & Payment Collection:

Sculpted Plate reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day on any outstanding sum unpaid 14 calendar days after the due date.
After 30 days of non-payment, Sculpted Plate reserves the right to send your account to collections, upon which you will owe the total amount of outstanding payments plus any collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
Cancellation:
We value your commitment to our coaching agreements. If you need to pause or cancel your account, please notify us at least seven days before your next payment period. Requests to pause or cancel will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Entire Agreement:
Before using our website or purchasing any products or services, you will be required to consent to our Privacy Policy. Once you have consented, the terms of the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sculpted Plate.
